Units 10 and 11B – Merlin Centre

Works comprise of the partial internal and external refurbishment of the warehouse, offices and common parts.
Minor repairs to the roof surfaces and gutters. Partial replacement of the cladding and fascia details to perimeter.
Renewal of windows, doors and entrance canopy. Replacement of all shutters with new power supplies.
Refurbishment of existing toilets. Minor works to offices and common parts to include making good, partial decorations and new Ironmongery. Decorations to Warehouse to include underside of roof, steelwork and doors.
General ground works to perimeter to include new drainage channel, isolated concrete patch repairs, kerb replacement, and treatment of hardstanding bay joints. Drainage repairs required following original drain survey.
Isolated electrical works to include emergency lighting to warehouse, supplies to new shutters, and other repairs to enable certificates to be issued.
