Complete external building repairs to include; isolated asphalt flat roof repairs, replacement of skylights, ‘tor coating’ to newly constructed staircase roof, replacement of rainwater goods, isolated concrete repairs, brickwork and render repairs, replacement of timber louvers and external doors.
Window repairs and re-alignment to upper office area. Re-decoration works to externals followed by a full building clean.
Works also included repairs to internal partitions to restaurant area.
